Events planned for 2008 include : Family & Community Fun Day, 21st June. 12noon to 8pm, in Furzedown Recreation Ground, next to Chillerton Road. Stalls, a farmers market, childrens entertainment, free sports, open-air music in the evening, food & a bar.
