Notes of the meeting at 8.30 - 10.00pm.

Sunday 14 January 2001 at Seeley Hall

1. Welcome etc.

Present:

2. Matters arising

Ellis reported that he now has a list of useful resources for the area. To be given to John.

3. Debrief on Christmas Fayre.

See Anna's note.  Pointed out it was too near to Christmas and publicity essential eg Guardian. TOTAL RAISED £159.43p.

This led to a general discussion on future dates for several events. See item 5.

4. Consultation Plans.

Bob and Graham not present. Follow up to Council Meeting.

Rubbish etc. being cleared.

Vijay       suggested that at certain times of the year, skips could be placed in appropriate places for household clearance.

Mark       mentioned that the Council were consulting on Controlled parking zones. Not much was known. We need to find out consultation period, area covered, contact addresses, how to report feelings.

5. Moyser Rd. Event.

After some discussion, the following dates/events were proposed-

Pancake Race  3 March (poss. am and pm) George, Denise and Ellis..

Barndance     12 May  Mark, Maria, John & Vijay

Summer Picnic 22 July

Publicity. General FCN stand at events.

 If area can be leafleted before the dance, then it may need to be in Graveny Hall. Mark, John & Vijay to check.

6. Constitution.

Anna's paper had been circulated.

No major questions. Vijay had 2 points he would clarify with Anna.

Any other changes, re-word and inform Anna by 28 Jan.

7. AOB

Hostel on Bedford Hill.

This was raised as it covered a shared area of Tooting Bec Common. Need to know more details.

8. Date of Next Meeting.

11 February 20011 8pm for 8.3Opm, at Seeley Hall.
